This application is for those people wishing to stay at International House for more than
10 days. If you wish to stay at International House for 10 days or less, you must call
215-895-6540 directly to make your reservation.

Payments due upon arrival at International House
- First month's rent
- Last month's rent (if you plan to stay more than 1 month)
- One time linen charge ($25.00) includes one (1) set of sheets, towels, & pillowcase
- $100/$50 Service Fee Charge (depending on length of stay) - which includes:
- Wireless Internet
- Local Phone service
- Access to the Computer Lab and Internet ports
- Voice Mail
This is a one time fee. However, each time you re-negotiate your housing contract this charge is implemented.
